Marc Jacobs is opening up about going under the knife.
The fashion designer, 58, revealed that he had a facelift done by Dr. Andrew Jacono on Tuesday.
Jacobs shared the news with a post-surgery selfie on Wednesday, snapping a photo of his head still wrapped in bandages. Only his eyes were visible for the post-op photo, as a blue surgical mask covered the bottom of his face.
“Yesterday,” he captioned the doctor’s-office snap, adding the hashtags, “#f*ckgravity” and “#livelovelift.”
New York-based plastic surgeon Dr. Jacono is known for providing facelifts to a range of celebrity clients, including “Real Housewife” Sonja Morgan, who opened up about her own procedure last year.
Fellow designers and stylists flooded Jacobs’ post with supportive comments, with many applauding his candor.
“The transparency is everything! Snatch it darlinggggg! Happy healing,” wrote designer June Ambrose, while Christian Cowan quipped, “Always lifting our spirits Marc.”
“Oooh lifted to high heavns!! Can’t wait to see,” added stylist Alexandra Mandelkorn.
Famous followers like “RHONY” star Leah McSweeney also chimed in, with Lisa Rinna dropping a series of dancing emojis in the comments.

“Good for YOU,” wrote “RuPaul’s Drag Race” star Michelle Visage, while journalist Phillip Picardi added, “can’t wait for the reveal!”
And while many commenters expressed concern about the bandages, one quipped, “My favorite part of the comments are the sweet people who are asking if something is wrong. Little do they know soon somethings going to be very, very high and tight and right.”
